The Grassroots Education Project empowers communities to serve their neighborhood schools, supporting students and teachers to improving outcomes. We are organizing communities one block at a time to focus residents on our shared responsibility to support public education. We will be going door-to-door every other Saturday throughout the fall to engage the community around Walker-Jones Education Campus. No prior canvassing experience is necessary, as all volunteers will be trained.
